It's time to re-open the Top 10 Tools activity! There have been a number of new and updated contributions since we closed the list at the end of March from:

- David Delgado - David Delgado is a developer of learning systems and online communities in the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands.
- Esperanza Roman-Mendoza - Esperanza is an instructional technologist and Associate Professor at George Mason University
- Bertram (Chip) Bruce - Chip is Professor in the Graduate School of Library & Information Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
- Rupert Russell - Rupert works as a project officer at Australian Catholic University in Australia.
- Dzenan Ridjanovic - Dzenan is an associate professor in the Business School at the Laval University (Université Laval), Quebec, Canada
- Bonni Stachowiak - Bonni is an assistant professor in the school of business and management for Vanguard University and is the owner of Innovate Learning, a consulting firm that helps companies maximize human performance
