It's interesting that almost 2/3 of the votes have gone away from the most and best known applications. 67% of the votes have chosen "Other". There must be an important name missing in this list.

If you go to the http://www.c4lpt.co.uk/recommended/conferencing.html>page at the Centre website where the 10 tools are listed in more detail - then you will see underneath the poll the other tools that have been voted for. There were a number of different tools although SightSpeed got 3 (consectutive) votes and Adobe (variously Connect, Breeze, etc) got 5 votes. The latter may well be the missing tool from the list - but as you rightly point out the voting has gone away from the most well known.
