Here's another online screencasting tool, that caught my eye. The reason it headlines with "One click screencasting"
To launch the screencast recorder and record a screencast directly from you browser, just click the button on the right of the screen here :

Here is another screencast site that I like. It also supports podcasting and elearning.

I tried this software on a Mac running OS 10.5 and Firefox and it was really buggy. When I clicked on the Start Recording button the bar would move to the bottom of the screen. When I tried again it would disappear and there was no way to stop the recording. A wee bit of a bummer but thanks for the link. I always love hearing about new software and this is one I hadn't heard of.

Hi Jane,
I posted today the results of a little screencast competition between ScreenCastle and ScreenToaster.
http://desire2blog.blogspot.com/2009/04/screencastle-wins-round-one.html
ScreenToaster doesn't seem to be able to show changes to an Excel spreadsheet, but ScreenCastle worked quite well. Neither one is perfect, but they are useful.
Take care, Barry

@Mendi
I guess at the second time you chose to record fullscreen. Normally there is a red line on the top of your screen, and you can stop the recording by moving your mouse over it. Possible that the launch bar of your Mac OS covered the line. If you choose an area to record (instead recording fullscreen) it should work. Seems to be an issue of the Java applet on MacOS.
