Adobe Captivate

I just read that Adobe Captivate 3 has won a 2009 CODIE award in the Best Corporate E-Learning Solution category.

Captivate 4 wasn't eligible for the award as it was only launched in 2009, but it is the latest version of Captivate enabling the rapid authoring of eLearning content with interactivity, software and scenario simulations and quizzes

Captivate is doing well on the 2009 Top Tools for Learning Professionals List. At the time of writing this posting it is in joint 24th place

Do you know if the trial version is good? Would like to compare Captivate to the competition... is it really worth the money?
