I enjoy reading about all these tools, but I cant figure out if they are used in learning or if they are just innovations that have promise. Is there a place I can see what is being used in learning today?

Larry, join the international community of learning professionals and discuss what is happening. You can do this on Twitter and other social networks. It's important to get engaged with others to find out what is happening - and there's an amazing amount of great work going on.
