Great guide. I think you show some great tools. I would though have recommended Zoho instead of Google Docs.

Thanks Norfeldt, Google Docs has been included because it is currently #3 on the Top 100 Tools list http://c4lpt.co.uk/recommended/top100-2010.html - whereas Zoho languishes in joint 140th place. But it's obviously a personal choice, so why don't you contribute to your choice of tools to help move it up the list. http://c4lpt.co.uk/recommended/2010.html
