Are the figures in point 2 for the percentage of that region's population who have internet access?
And if so, is that percentage for North America really the same as the percentage of the internet population who are American? Hell of a co-incidence.

Jonah, you will need to refer to the sources that MCC used to create the infographic, to find the answer to that one

#2 is wrong. 76.2% of North Americans might be on the Internet but they certainly don't constitute 76.2% of the Internet population!
It's more like 13,5%... at least according to these stats:
