There are lots of self-publishing sites, but here's one I just heard about that.

"Simplebooklet is a cloud based self-publishing platform.  It is the simplest way to create and publish your own virtual brochures, flyers, flashcards, booklets, pamphlets, manuals, guides and flipbooks across the web."
