I was alerted to a list of top viral videos by a recent article in the Guardian.
The Viral Video Chart is based on a count of the embedded videos and links on approximately two million blogs, as well as Facebook and Twitter.

My (current) favourite video has just moved into #1 position of the top viral videos in the last 24 hours – The Chase Film
